Grundlage der Manuellen Therapie sind spezielle Handgriff- und Mobilisationstechniken, bei denen Schmerzen gelindert und Bewegungsst\u00f6rungen beseitigt werden. Physiotherapeuten untersuchen dabei die Gelenkmechanik, die Muskelfunktion sowie die Koordination der Bewegungen, bevor ein individueller Behandlungsplan festgelegt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Die Manuelle Therapie bedient sich sowohl passiver Techniken als auch aktiver \u00dcbungen. Zum einen werden blockierte oder eingeschr\u00e4nkte Gelenke mithilfe sanfter Techniken mobilisiert, zum anderen k\u00f6nnen durch individuelle \u00dcbungen instabile Gelenke stabilisiert und motorische Kontrollprobleme behoben werden.
